GENERAL RULES

Registration is mandatory to participate in all the cultural events.

Cultural events are open for all the medical & non-medical colleges.

Registrations should be done online before the last date as limited slots are available & priority will be given based on the order of registrations.

The decision of judges & the organizing committee will be final.

The participants need to report at least 1 hour prior to the event at the respective venue.

Each member should provide their college id cards and register to the event incharge before commencement of the event.

Prizes may vary according to the number of entries.

Adhere to the time limit allotted for the respective events. Exceeding the time limit will result in deduction of points.

Plagiarism / vulgarity / obscenity will not be entertained. If found indulging in any of the above activities, concerned participants will be disqualified.

Any damage to the college property will be dealt with severe repercussions.

Smoking & alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited.

The organizing committee reserves the right to cancel, reschedule & change the venue of any event. A prior message will be communicated.

Inter college teams are not entertained. Team members must be from the same college. Events are subjected to cancellation if the entries are minimum and the registration fee will be refunded.

Participants enrolled in multiple events should inform the organizing committee in advance to prevent any scheduling conflicts
